Yes! Each year usually from April-June termites known as swarmers come to the surface & take flight. These termites have only one purpose, it is to mate & start new colonies. They have no ability to eat wood! If you see a swarm of termites around or in your home call right away. This is an indication that somewhere on your property there is a parent colony that the swarmers are leaving. This colony may be threatening or may have already invaded your home.
