Call the MARS number (301.403.0500) or make your request via WEB (www.testudo.umd.edu). Transcripts will be mailed the day after your request has been received. There is no charge for transcripts. No because these core courses are required to meet the standards of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration and the National Council for Accreditation in Teacher Education (NCATE).

For a high school transcript, it must have the date of graduation. College transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope from the sending institution. In order for the student to receive credit for each class, TAMU-C must receive an official transcript from each school attended. Although classes may be listed on one transcript, the school may have listed it as the course it transferred in instead of what class TAMU-C would transfer it in.

Requests for an official transcript must be in writing to the Registrar’s office. Forms can be found in the Owensboro office or you can write a request. An online transcript request form is available through the WKU Registrar's website. Payment, $4.00 per transcript, must accompany the requests. Be sure to include your name, social security number or Western ID, and the location where you want your transcripts sent.

A written request with your signature is required to obtain a transcript. Forms are available online or at the Admissions Office windows in the College Center. You may submit a request in person, by mail or by sending a fax to (916) 691-7467. Include your name, student ID number, date of birth, social security number, where you wish the transcript sent, and your signature. You may request two official transcripts at no charge, and there is a $2 fee for each one thereafter.

Complete the transcript request form. You can view and print unofficial transcripts in your online registration account, if you have attended TMCC within the last year.

To obtain a free unofficial transcript, visit www.umt.edu/cyberbear and print your own. To obtain official transcripts, you may complete the Transcript Request Form at Griz Central ($3 per copy) or request official transcripts in writing from Registrar s Office, The University of Montana, Lommasson Center 201, Missoula, MT 59812 ($3 per copy through regular U.S. mail or $3 per copy, plus $15 per address for Federal or Overnight Mail).
