This question can usually be broken into two separate questions: "When is the least expensive time to visit Hawaii?" and "When is the weather best in Hawaii?" Hawaii's "high" seasons are winter (mid-December through mid-April) and summer (June through August). These peak seasons lend to slightly higher rates due to popularity. If you singled out a rainier season, it would probably have to be wintertime.

The best time to visit Bhutan are: March through May in spring, and September through November in Fall. The climate is best in fall, from late September to late November, when skies are clear and the high mountain peaks are visible. This is the ideal time for trekking and for travelling throughout the country. You may arrange your trip surrounding an annual Tsechu (relegious dance festival).

Any time is the best time. If you are feeling ill in any way it never hurts to get a professional opinion.

The weather has been beautiful in East Hawaii for the past year. We are in a drought condition so many days are sunny with a few cooling showers. East Hawaii also get the trade winds to cool off the nights. Summer tends to be drier. The answer in one word: anytime. In 2003 we had a drought from Nov 2002 ~ Aug 2003. El-Nino.

Almost ideal year-round, the climate is a moderate 72 degrees in the highlands, while the lowlands and coastal areas range from the low 70's to the high 90's. Evenings in San Jose are free of humid heat, and beaches are cooled by ocean breezes. Rainy season occurs from the end of May to November, with the heaviest rainfall in October.

Anytime! We personally suggest between September and April, when the nights are long enough to see the Aurora Borealis – also known as the Northern Lights – and although it is cooler, the air is crisper, with even greater visibility than in the summer. On a clear day you can easily see for 100 kilometers or more across Iceland.

Mangroves, mangrove wildlife such as mudskippers, crabs, shellfish, water snakes, birds, spiders, moths and monitor lizards.

All seasons are delightful. Many people come to enjoy Macon's many festivals. Among those is the world-renowned Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, which will be held last two weeks of March every year. Taste of Downtown, featuring local downtown restaurants, will be held in mid-September. The Georgia State Fair will be held in October and First Night Macon, the city's celebration and bringing in of the New Year, is held on December 31st.

Anytime! The Hawaii Island has an ideal, year round climate averaging from 75 to 85 degrees from winter to summer. August and September are the warmest months. Humpback Whale season is December to April. The quietest time is after Easter until June, then September to November.

If you are interested in hiking, the best time to visit is July through October. Trails are typically still covered with snow through the middle of June. Of course, this all depends on weather conditions. Aspen does not typically see a heavy first snow until October/November. Again, this cannot be predicted.

Several periods offer their own advantages: the first 15 days of January, and the period comprised between August 1 and August 15 are the best periods for hotel discounts. August is a great month until August 20 because car trafic is much lighter. May and June are usually great months for their mild temperatures. September can be great during an Indian summer, but the hotels get crowded. The period extending from right before Christmas to righ after New Year Eve is terrifically romantic.

Obviously, most people come in July and August, however summer conditions continue throughout September and often into October, when there are fewer people and the sea is still warm. Mid May to late June is a delightful time to see the island in full color with spring flowers and to walk some of its ancient paths.

There is great diving all year round in Sharm. The best time for spotting large schools of fish, and for seeing sharks, is June to October, but this is also the busy period and some people may find it too hot. The rest of the year is a little less crowded and may suit you better.
