Please note that the initial payment will be taken inclusive of VAT. Only upon receipt of your completed form will a VAT credit be applied to your account and a refund will be issued within 30 days. The VAT exemption applies only to the VAT on the TEMPUR products and not to the VAT on the delivery charges.
