It is to the student’s benefit to repeat a class in which he/she received a grade of D or F to raise the GPA. In order to satisfy major requirements and General Education Requirements for CSU breadth and IGETC, the student must have a minimum of C grade in all coursework. If you received a grade of D or F in a course, you may petition to enroll in the course again. You should fill out the Course Repetition form and submit it to the Admissions Office at the time you re-enroll in the course.
