If your vanpool/carpool can no longer continue to operate, simply call us to arrange a return of your vehicle. Your vanpool/carpool operates on a month-to-month basis, so you are not committed to a long-term contract.

A vanpool involves 7-15 commuters who use a van owned by a business, a municipality, or other organization. Vanpools work similarly to a carpool. Typically, the vanpool provider pays for gas and insurance; and arranges, oversees, and pays for all maintenance. Riders pay a monthly fare based on the mileage the vanpool travels and the driver rides for free.

Under Federal law, arrangements where you and other commuters share the cost of renting a van for commuting to work are eligible for tax-free transit benefits. A van that you or one of the other riders owns or operates as your personal vehicle is not a vanpool. Also, the van must be primarily used for commuting, must have a seating capacity of at least six adults including the driver and must typically be at least half full.

Yes you can. Hired NPCs will leave and become immediately available for hire by others. The registered faction for the guild never goes away, though there is now nothing anyone can do to effect their rating with that faction. NPCs that were employed previously will remember that faction and react to it in an appropriate manner regardless of their new employment arrangements. More details about factions will be released at a later date.

I'm not gonna answer this question coz i can't tell you...i don't know..and I personally don't really care... unless the news is official I really won't make assumptions. The thing is.. i just think it is not so important if they disband or not. their music is always there, my memories for them is always there.

There are two ways. The NEW way: Right click on a city and choose "Abandon City" from the menu (requires patch v1.21 or higher). The OLD way: Starve the city (by changing the citizens into entertainers) and keep producing workers or settlers.

If your employer is a member of HATMA, we will place you in an existing vanpool or we will form a vanpool with people who work near you and share similar work hours.

If you don't have enough cash for at least two ticks +1 gc worth of upkeep you will be informed that your fleet is disbanding. This disbands at a rate of 1% of your total fleet per tick (which works for every 100 units, for example, if you only have 99 or less droids, none will disband, if you have 199, one will disband and so on...). The decaying will happen to all units, meaning all types of unit will decay.

To disband your Arena Team, use the command /teamdisband # where # is the type of team (2v2, 3v3, or 5v5). If you wish to leave an Arena Team, you can use /teamquit # (2v2, 3v3, or 5v5) to do so.

The disband option can be found in the fleet screen. All the specified units will be destroyed for good. This option might be useful if you can't pay the upkeep of your units and rather want to choose for yourself which units should be destroyed than letting the program choose the units to be decayed/destroyed automatically.

Personally, I think this is just a tad bit paranoid, but it should be discussed. In the event of a catastrophe where the government orders survival groups to disband, turn in their supplies, and either report to their homes of record or a central collection point, there'd be little that we could do about it. The only valid tactic is to remain remote and low-profiled enough to be "forgotten about" by the government.

A carpool is two or more commuters in their own vehicles, often exchanging driving responsibilities. Carpools are most successful when flexible. A vanpool is a state-owned or business-owned 8-12 passenger van with a designated driver and coordinator. Vanpools run on a fixed route/time schedule established by the occupants in the van.

Seven commuters can begin to vanpool (driver pays the full monthly fare). You may want to consider starting a vanpool with 6 commuters, if the group is prepared to pay for the empty seat until a seventh rider can be found.

JBR vans/cars do not provide bike racks, however, if you decide to cycle to a pickup point or from a drop off location to work, your group can purchase an approved bike rack and install it at the cost of the group. TransLink, within the GVRD and BC Transit on Vancouver Island provide administrative funding. The operational costs are paid with the van/carpool fares, paid to the Foundation on a monthly basis. [back2top]

In exchange for a reduced fare (when the vanpool is full) and personal use of the van, a driver collects fares, fuels the van, ensures the vehicle is cleaned and serviced and safely drives the vanpool/carpool group to and from work.
