Why do i have terrible spots around the time of ovulation?

Complexion
This happens due to hormonal changes. Drink a lot ofwater, at least ten glasses a day. And keep your face oil/grease free. I have fairly brown skin. I was a athlete in my younger days. Due to jogging and exercises there was rubbing of the skin and hence the inner thighs have blackened a bit. I would want to know if there is any way that i can make my skin lighter there. Are there any home remedies.. please suggest.. Thanks.
