KordaMentha is committed to the development of its staff and as such evaluation reviews are carried out every six months, with the main performance evaluation in December. At the same time, you will also receive ongoing informal feedback to let you know how you are performing. KordaMentha has competency model and has set competencies for each level in the organisation and the evaluation will encompass these competencies.

Nitec Technical graduates with a GPA of at least 2.3 may apply for progression to a Higher Nitec Engineering / ICT course. Nitec in Service Skills graduates with GPA of at least 2.8 are eligible to apply for progression to a Higher Nitec Business course. Nitec Technical graduates with GPA 3.5 may apply for admission to a related diploma course at the polytechnics.

Trainees will enjoy the same progression opportunities available to graduates of full-time courses. Nitec graduates may upgrade through the relevant Higher Nitec courses or Nitec technical graduates with a GPA of 3.5 and above may apply for progression to the first year of relevant Diploma courses offered by the Polytechnics.

Pilots not meeting the FAR 135 IFR PIC minimums gain experience flying with qualified Captains in the prop aircraft and earn a full time salary with benefits and a seniority number. Then, high-performance prop (PIC) to Learjet first officer (F/O) to Learjet captain (PIC).

Typically, a stunt person eventually becomes a stunt coordinator, then sometimes goes on to become a 2nd unit director. Second unit directors are in charge of a smaller film crew who shoot action scenes or general location shots.

The CMC (Combined Municipal Campaign) is an annual drive to raise funds from city employees to be contributed to various charitable organizations of their choice. The campaign, conducted by city employees, begins in August and continues through the end of October.
