Typically our products clear customs while actually in transit, making the process extremely smooth and uncomplicated. However, there can occasionally be a delay.

This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within one business day. That does not mean that your order will necessarily arrive the day after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within one business day. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected.
