Delivery time depends on your exact location and are impossible to guarantee. Typically delivery to major cities world wide is approximately 3-4 days. If you live in a remote location this may be longer. Delivery times do not consider any possible delay or problem with your customs process- which are completely outside of our control. Typically our products clear customs while actually in transit, making the process extremely smooth and uncomplicated. However, there can occasionally be a delay.

This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within one business day. That does not mean that your order will necessarily arrive the day after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within one business day. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected.

Most food is delivered within 60 minutes. Times do fluctuate based on traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation times. Catering orders are best placed a day in advance, particularly for luncheons. Please place your luncheon orders as early as possible since 11:30 am - 12:30 pm time slots fill up quickly.

We bill your credit card in GB £ Stirling. Your credit card company converts that amount into your home currency on the day you are billed. We don't make any extra charge on currency conversion.
