No. Washing the hair strips away its natural oils. When adding color or creating an Updo, the natural oils in the hair give it better holding properties and make it easier to work with.

The HealthSmart™ Bed Top must be washed separately. This will prevent damage to the top from other items that may snag or tear the fabric. Washing separately will also prevent the washing machine from becoming overloaded. All sizes and models of the replacement top may be dry-cleaned, commercially laundered or machine-washed in a larger capacity front load washer at home.

Although acne is not caused by dirt, it is important to wash your face every day. Use a mild cleanser and warm water. Don't scrub. Gently dry your face by patting with a soft, clean towel. Please read about the causes of acne for more information.

I would buy a Yogourmet Yogurt Maker right away (you can find some good deals on the web) so you can make the SCD version of yogurt, which is incubated for 24 hours. Follow the directions in the Yogourmet packaging, only let it sit for 24 hours instead of what they recommend. Use 1/2 cup Dannon All Natural for the starter, or the Yogourmet yogurt starter packets also work but are more expensive. I actually now have two yogurt makers so I can make two half-gallons of yogurt at a time.
