You can delete a user record from eDirectory only if you are the Superuser. To do so, simply follow these steps: Click on the eAdmin module which is available only to the Superuser/eDirectory administrator. A list of administrator roles will appear. No- TiVo boxes (work with cable, satellite, antenna) cannot record more than one show at a time due to hardware limitations. You can, however, watch a prerecorded program while your TiVo box is recording another live program. (Try that with a VCR!)
