Most Motor homes less than 40 feet in length can be turned onboard the ship. Vehicles over 40 feet are loaded to the discretion of the loading mate as to whether a vehicle is driven straight on or backed on. All motor homes towing vehicles are asked to separate the vehicle in tow and are loaded separately.

Yes, we have extension cables so you can place cameras in a variety of locations. All of our cables are shielded so the quality of the picture will remain excellent no matter how long the cable is.

If your motor home is shorter than 35' you may drive it over the Pass. All vehicles over 35' are prohibited (this is a combined measurement-car and trailer together cannot be longer than 35'). The road is extremely narrow with tight curves.

During the checkout you will likely view a video with instructions on the use of all of the features of your unit. Additionally we offer driving tips and cautions. In some units we will have a guide that highlights some of the motorhome features, but we encourage you to take notes during the instructions.

We take the time to go over RV driving safety. Like anything new, you must orientate yourself to your RV. Stay focused. You are not driving a car or truck. It is different. If you elect we will take you on a test drive. In any RV you are driving a big box. All are long, wide and top heavy. In a Class A you are more conscious of the RV mass around you because your driver’s seat is at floor level and the road is more visible.

Most of our units have automatic electric awnings and they can be used. The units that have manual awnings cannot be use because they break so easily.

No. No smoke of any kind is allowed in the motor home. NO SMOKING Allowed and unit must be returned odor free from smoke including campfire smell, incense smell and candle smell and NO PETS ALLOWED or a $500. DEEP CLEANING will be charged.

Yes. You may not travel into Mexico. You must have our written prior approval to go into Canada before you start your rental. Also, Death Valley and other desert areas are not allowed during the hot months. Vehicles are not allowed on logging or other non-public roads such as the Apache Trail in Arizona. Do not drive on unpaved surfaces, except at campgrounds. Do not drive through mud ruts. Avoid parking on dirt or grass that will turn to mud. Stay away from trees.

It is unlikely that your motor home will break down. It’s a new vehicle. If it does you will have a phone number to call for roadside assistance. The number of people that can travel safely in a motor home will depend on the number of seat belts supplied by the manufacturer. a 24 and 29 foot Class C motor home can accommodate 9 passengers, and a 31 foot Class C motor home can accommodate 9 passengers. Our 32 foot Class A motor home can accommodate 6 passengers.
