Yes, if you do not meet the TOEFL requirements of 79 on the internet-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, or 550 on the written test, you can enroll in the ESL program at LTU.  Depending on the program, the student may be allowed to take courses toward their degree along with the ESL courses.
