years ago, most of today's issues with paint failure did not exist. Paint failure was unheard of. The Allback linseed paint will last for 50 years or more if you maintain the surface with the cleaned and sterilized linseed oil or linseed wax every 5-10 years. We believe there are plenty of good, fair priced, auto trimmers in the US that can do a much better job of sewing and installing the upholstery than you would ever get with a pre-made set of covers. Buying covers is just one part of the equation. The seats must still be rebuilt to fit the covers, and at that point you are going to the upholstery shop anyway.
