The Ronald McDonald House of Iowa City serves as a "Home Away from Home" for families of children ages newborn to 18 receiving critical medical care at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Referrals are prioritized on a waiting list according to severity of the child's illness and distance traveled to Iowa City.

Families of dependent children through age 21 who are receiving treatment at Tulsa area hospitals and live outside a 25-mile radius of Tulsa are eligible to stay at the Ronald McDonald House.

A staff member is on site 24 hours a day. The office is open from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays, and there are afternoon hours on the weekends.

The families of children who are in active treatment (scheduled for at least three appointments per week) at any Baltimore hospital are eligible to stay at RMH. The patient must be 21 years of age or younger, and the family must have a permanent residence outside of Baltimore city.

For the first stay, a family must be referred by a social worker at the hospital where the child is to receive treatment. If you are interested in staying at our House, please speak with your social worker. If rooms are available, he or she will handle your reservation.

As with his previous cancer, he graciously shared his experiences to help other sufferers realize they are not alone, that these diseases can afflict anyone and that treatment is available. October 16th to December 21st, the House Museum is open for tours from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm with the last tour at 2:00pm by appointment only. May 5th to October 14th the House Museum is open for tours from Wednesday to Sunday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, with the last tour at 2:00pm.

There are full-time staff members living at the Harbor House and they are available 24 hours a day in case of emergency. The front door is locked at all times. Office hours are from 7am - 9pm daily.

The Supervisor's Office and Ranger District offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Gladie Cultural-Environmental Learning Center on the Cumberland Ranger District in the Red River Gorge is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Spring through Fall. The Morehead Visitor Center on the Cumberland Ranger District is open year-round, except holidays, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
