You can order a Demand Draft through NetBanking. Provide the Draft amount (in INR) along with the beneficiary details. The Demand Draft is couriered to the mailing address / beneficiary address provided within 4 working days. Demand Drafts shall be made payable in Indian Rupees and shall be couriered to a location in India only.

You can cancel your Cashier's Order or Demand Draft by returning it to any RHB Bank branch. Your account (where the fund was drawn from) will be credited with the remittance amount after 3 business days. For foreign currency Demand Drafts, the foreign exchange rate will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day the Demand Draft is returned at the branch.

A bank-issued Cashier’s Order or Demand Draft is as good as cash. Yes, you can make a request for an Indian Rupee pay order or demand draft online through our ‘Online Services’ - > ‘Request a Demand Draft’ menu. You have to specify the account to be debited, beneficiary details and amount. You also have to select the branch name where you want the draft to be payable from a drop down menu. The pay order / demand draft will be couriered to your address.

Choose Cashier’s Order if your beneficiary stays in any of the following four clearing areas – Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka. The Cashier’s Order will be treated as an outstation cheque and a commission will be imposed if it is cleared at other areas – so if your beneficiary lives outside these areas, please indicate the Demand Drafts option. Demand Draft is a banker’s cheque.

In cases where the cheque submitted by the customer gets dishonored, he is required to pay the bill by cash or demand draft.

Yes, you can apply for more than post. However, you would be required to apply Online for each post separately and send separate “Registration Slip cum Application Format” along with separate Demand Draft for each post (Demand Draft not applicable to SC/ST candidates).

Yes, you can request the cancellation of Demand Draft/Manger's Cheque through the 'Request' function. However, if you still have the Demand Draft/Manager's Cheque to be cancelled, you will have to print and sign the application and submit it along with your Demand Draft or Manger's Cheque to the Bank.

While We accept local cheques either in USD or in INR but your travel documents will be shipped subject to clearance of these payments. The clearing may take a transaction time of 5-10 days based on issuing bank location.
