UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS' web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Houston, Texas, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge is added for the packaging materials ($0.25-$3 depending on package size), labor and handling ($1-5 per order), and insurance ($1-5 per order).

Currently we deliver to all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories. Additional delivery charges will be applied on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Furniture that ships via UPS or FedEx Ground typically will be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery.

Costs vary with the exact location and terrain of your home site. Your home will be shipped on Guildcrest’s specially designed flatbed trucks and we'll arrange for the crane that will offload and assemble the modules.

One of the items on your order may not include shipping. All items marked "Free Shipping" will not incur any additional freight costs. However if another item on the same order does not include shipping, then a shipping charge for that item(s) will be added.
