Spray fixative is available from most art/craft stores and many have non-yellowing and UV protective properties. Spray your print with several light coats in a well ventilated area, following the directions on the product. Prolonged steam could damage the frame - but that would have to be like a steam room i.e. constant and hot. If just normal bathroom conditions then there should be no problem.
