No. The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority owns and operates some of the larger parks, such as Bull Run, Occoquan and Fountain Head. They may be reached by calling 703-352-5900. The National Park Service also owns some land in Fairfax County. They may be reached by calling 202-208-3100. Other park land is owned by the state, and some is owned by towns, such as Vienna.
