Next to each lot displayed is a Bid button. Clicking on this button will pop up a small window that you can type your bid into. The bid you enter should be in pounds sterling (£) and is the maximum amount you are prepared to bid. After entering a value click Save. Clicking save does not send your bid yet! See how to send bids below. You can make bids on more than one lot by clicking on another Bid button. All your bids are stored until you send them.

You may leave an Absentee Bid at the office. After it is placed, the auctioneer will be informed. If you are the successful bidder, you will be contacted.

Every bid shows, in the order of the bid. There is a reserve bid on the item which is higher than your posted bid.(it is kept secret)

In order to place a bid on an item, you must first go into "New Registration" at the bottom of the Main Auction Page. Then, just fill out the form, and submit it. In a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with a password and your nickname. It is recommended that you print out the e-mail.

To find an product that you have bid on, simply go to the My Auctions page by clicking on the "My Auctions " link on the top navigation bar. If you're not logged in you would need to enter your Login ID and Password. Once you do so, click on the 'My Current Bids' lookup. This will display all activity performed and bids placed by you. When you click on the item title, the corresponding item page will be displayed.

Once you have found an item that you would like to bid on, simply enter your desired bid in the field at the bottom of the webpage on which you see the item. You will notice that the minimum bid for the item has been automatically generated. You may use this as your starting bid and then click the "bid" icon to the right of the field. If the item has already been bid past the start bid, you must increase that bid by at least the minimum amount, given directly under the starting bid.

You can organise to bid over the telephone or you can leave a bid for the auctioneer to execute on your behalf. Please speak to the front desk staff to arrange either of these options.

If you retract a bid for what we deem to be frivolous reasons, we may bidder-block you from placing future bids. For example, if you retract a bid because you've entered the wrong bid amount, you should immediately re-bid the correct intended amount. Otherwise we will assume that you are merely trying to learn or expose our reserve or learn the current high-bidder's high bid, and we won't hesitate to block you from bidding on this and all auctions of ours in the future.

We are unable to refund unwanted items ? all sales are final, so please be sure the item you are purchasing is really the one you want.
