How do you clean up a blurry picture?
COLOUR-DREAMS :: HelpThe way I do it works very nicely. If your image is not a JPEG you had to increase the color depth (Under Colors). Then go to Effect > Enhance Photo > JPEG Artifact Removal. Set restore crispiness to 0 (The highest number will have the opposite effect). Maximum will be the cleanest option, try it at Low and move up until it's nice.
