If your GMAT is from anytime within the past eight years, it is still valid for use with your application to the IMD EMBA program. You should ask GMAC to send an official score to IMD EMBA.

Your TOEFL score is valid for only two years. In other words, two years after you take your TOEFL, your score will be deleted from the official TOEFL database, and TOEFL will not send you another report of your score. If you still have a copy of your original score, you can ask the university whether they will accept it, but most universities will not accept a copy from you; they require a score sent directly from TOEFL.

LSAT score is valid for three years for purposes of applying to Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.

Louisiana requires a scaled score of 80 or higher on the MPRE. A passing score for the MPRE shall be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of the examination.

The Theory Test Pass certificate is valid for two years. If you don't pass your practical test within two years you will have to retake the theory test.

CELDT results are valid for two years. If you pass the CELDT but do not take an ESL credit course during the two years following your test date, you will have to do the test again before being allowed to register.

A prescription for a non-controlled substance is valid for one year from the original date of prescription.

Valid shots means that the Tetanus-Diphtheria was taken within the last 10 years from the current date, and the two MMR vaccines have been taken twice. The MMR vaccinations are good for life and do not have to be taken every 10 years as the Tetanus-Diphtheria. The more shots you’ve had, the better for you! Depending on when they were administered, they may count towards meeting the requirement.
