QuickTime (or QT Lite or QTA) is required. You should then be able to play .amr files in Media Player Classic. It doesn't work in Windows Media Player and most other players.

No, normal CDs are CD-DA format; MP3s are in (yes!) MP3 format. Some new Discman-type players will play MP3s, but most don't like low-bitrate files. That means it will play audio CD-Rs (and even then you might expect hardware/media incompatibility due to different wavelengths used on DVD and CD media). Unless your unit specifically claims to play low-bitrate MP3 files you can assume it will not be able to play them at all. Consult your manual for specifics.

You have to install the Haali Media Splitter. The stream can be switched with the A-Key or Green-Button. Don't forget to tick every supported-format checkbox (e.g. "AVI", "MKV", etc) when you install Haali's Splitter.

Videos belonging to games from Blizzard contain DivX video, but with a different FourCC, namely "BLZ0". To play such videos you need to use ffdshow for decoding DivX video. The regular DivX decoder won't work (unless you manually change the FourCC). If that doesn't solve the problem, then you should use Media Player Classic or VideoLAN to play the file.

A small battery powered Encoder Receiver Transmitter (ERT) attached to the gas meter at your home or business transmits a signal to a specially equipped vehicle. As the vehicle drives by your home or business, the system in the vehicle sends a "wake-up" signal to the ERT radio transmitter on the meter. The transmitter receives this signal and sends meter reading data back to the system in the vehicle.
