The SA password is created during the installation of CAREWare. It is a user defined password for the SQL Server database. Once a password is provided it cannot be changed unless the current password is known. The System Administrator password is used for SQL Server database and you set it during a fresh install of the database. Once it is provided it cannot be changed unless you know the password. The installation is asking you to provide a new password.
