Lining your box gutter with rubber is a bad idea. The box gutter frame is built with slope to your outlet tube and when the frame rots away from water damage the slope is obstructed. When you line rubber over the rotten frame you end up with pooling water in your box gutter and water flowing right over the edges. The rubber is wrapped into the outlet tube and that narrows its drainage capacity. When this happens you in up with clogs and more overflow.

There always seems to be plenty of bedding plants in various degrees of quality depending on the day of the week and possibly the time of day. The selection for potting soil seems good. The farther apart metals are on the scale the greater the likelihood that they will have an affect on one another.
