A double has one large bed (usually a queen size), big enough for two or for one person who likes a lot of room. Triple and quadruple rooms accommodate three and four people respectively. A triple is composed of either a large bed and one single or three single beds while quadruple rooms can have either two large beds or one large bed with two single beds. Daily at 00 UTC and 12 UTC, a snapshot of the atmosphere is taken, and made readable to our computers. This snapshot is called an "analysis". Using the analysis and other data as a starting point, a numerical simulation of the atmosphere is run (on a supercomputer) to predict the state of the atmosphere at various times in the future.
