Payments are not generated on Holidays and weekends. If a scheduled bill payment falls on a holiday or weekend, it will be paid on the last working day before.

We offer all our customary services whenever our offices are open. When our offices are closed, an urgent problem will be handled by our on-call staff.

Our routine hours match standard business hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, but emails are usually answered in the evenings and at weekends. Urgent tasks can be accommodated, and may be done out of normal hours by prior arrangement.

The cost increases for some Saturday delivery. Presently USPS delivers on Saturdays at no addition cost. USPS will deliver on Sunday or National holidays only on overnight express mail.
