D.2. Can I Certify CTM documents from the Online Access to Files System?

Currently it is not possible to electronically certify documents. However it is still possible by making a request for Inspection of the File. For MyPage users, the form for such a request is directly accessible through OAF once you have the "Trade Mark Document List" on the screen. The link to "Request an Inspection" is on the upper right hand side of the screen. If you are not a MyPage user you can fill in an Inspection Form available here. For more information go here.

D.5. Are there any restrictions as to which CTM documents I can access?

Yes. Documents of unpublished CTM’s are only available to the owner and/or representative of that CTM. The owner/representative may view those document by log in onto MyPage. Questions and queries relating to MyPage registration details and/or login problems can be sent to: Password_Management@oami.europa.eu Furthermore, online access is given in the same circumstances as inspection of file so therefore Rule 88 CTMIR is applicable so internal and confidential documents are not accessible.

D.3. Which CTM documents are available to me to access on-line?

All documents contained in files of CTM's which are either filed or published in Part A of the Bulletin after 1st January 2002 (for explanation of the CTM procedure and publications, see here) are available electronically. The OHIM is currently undergoing an exercise to have all documents of published CTM´s available on-line. The OHIM website will inform all visitors when this option is available.

In order to prevent hackers from accessing your files, BiblioWeb server will not allow the access of any file above the BiblioWeb folder. If you want to access your files like PDF documents through BiblioWeb, you have to create a folder under the BiblioWeb folder. Then put all the attachment files under that folder and specify the full path in the attachment field of a reference. You can then click on the attachment hyperlink in your browser and open the attachment file while using BiblioWeb.
