We will deliver the entire code of the application with your design integrated. Your logo and your company name will also be in place. We will also be responsible for the installation of the application on your server. The visual design integrated will only be for the customer interfaces and not the administrator interfaces.

Normal deliverables, generally, are not approved by Celtic. However, it is requested that a finalisation of a deliverable is reported by the corresponding quarterly report. In case of a mid-term review the published deliverables will, however, be taken into account for the review.

The project has produced five separate software components for the visualization and analysis of spatial data. These are LandSerf, panoraMap, traVelleR, UrbanModeller and VRGIS. The VFC make fieldwork-related data available through a shared database which can be accessed and updated over the internet. Project ideas developed by the VFC team and higher education departments using the VFC are shared through a series of VIPs (Virtually Interesting Projects, see next faq).

Seek detail in the proposals. Understand the type, size, quality and/or quantity of each phase of the project. The proposal should be outlined by phase, identifying exactly what will be delivered. For example, understand the percentage of grading; quantity and type of imported soil; drainage and irrigation materials used; Hardscape materials; quantity and size of softscape. Understanding the detail, and mutually agreeing to the deliverables, ensures your expectations will be met, even exceeded!

Deliverables that have been declared for general publication should be accessible from the Celtic project web pages. Generally, Public Authorities request also a special publication on national basis. Another way to publish results is by dissemination through public conference (including Celtic events) and work shops.

Projects can produce both confidential (i.e. only accessible to project participants) and public deliverables. Main deliverables, except for special cases, should be publicly accessible.

Specific back to work applications include but are not limited to: Comprehensive feedback of participants' observable behaviours, experiential context of modules to the workplace environment, appreciation and buy-in for company strategies and goals. A debriefing booklet will be presented to management usually within two weeks of the completion of the training.

Use the weight column to indicate the weight of the entire 'deliverable line'.. Note this is not the weight of the individual unit. The weighting is relative so any numbers can be used. IMPORTANT: A '0' value is not accepted for the weight. The minimum value to be given is 1 or leave the cell blank.

There is a weight for each deliverable line (in the excel file it is the cell before the description) which is meant to handle the case of multiple deliverables per workunit. If deliverable1 represents 80% of the work and deliverable2 represents 20% then that weight would be 4 and 1 respectively (or 80 and 20) The weight is for the entire deliverable line, not for each unit of the deliverable.

Technical memos, quarterly reports, and any other non-research written documents that you intend to turn in directly to the Project Director during meetings, via email, or as slide presentations. Progress reports and items intended for the Project Director directly should be stated in the Tasks section of your proposal. NOTE anything of importance done during the course of your research must be documented in your official, printed report or reports.

During an active project, based on Project Director approval, you may modify the Deliverables Table, add/remove items and change due dates. A good time to review the need for a modification is when you do the Semi-Annual Report (SAR). NOTE: Telling about Deliverables Table changes in the SAR does not legally modify your project or constitute Project Director approval.
