No, Epson does not make surfynol. It comes from Epson in a 1 liter bottle ready to use. It is NOT CONCENTRATED. Also there are at the very least over 15 different varriants of surfynol most are toxic and not what Epson techs use. The surfynol Epson uses is clear with very little odor and is non-toxic. Epson only sells the cleaning solution in 1 liter bottles. So if someone is selling "genuine Epson" cleaning solution in anything but 1 liter it has been rebottled.
