All you have to do is click the File menu, and then click Import and Export. Now the Import/Export Wizard will appear on your screen. Be sure that you are connected. Sometimes a connection is dropped, but the computer doesn't "tell" you. If you are using Windows95, you can click the start button and then run. Type "netstat -r" to find out if you are connected and how far the connection reaches (the router? The server? Etc...)
