We recommend that the labels for laser printers be specifically manufactured for lasers operating from one to six pages per minute. SPECIAL NOTE: For straight feed laser printers with speeds faster than 6 pages per minute, we recommend you consult your label manufacturer for these A4 sheet labels. Perhaps your requirements are for custom-made sheets for high speed laserprinters. (i.e.faster than 12 sheets per minute).

Generally, this is not a good idea. If you ever measured the current draw of a laser printer during startup (and during printing) you'd likely be stunned at what it pulls. UPS manufacturers generally recommend that you not do this. Some UPSes are available that are specifically inteded for use with laser printers, but most don't. Answer: Dot matrix printers are impact printers meaning that they have a number of pins that actually strike the paper (hitting the ribbon first of course). This allows the use of carbon or carbonless copies to be made at the time of printing. If you were to use a nonimpact printer such as an inkjet or laser printer then you would have to make a photocopy if copies are needed - not a very professional or timesaving task. This works well with the multi-part forms. The drawbacks are that they are extremely slow with Windows and the quality is low compared to today's standards. Any laser printer or copier with fuser oil. Not every type of paper suits every machine. Normally QMS-Minolta, Xerox, Tektronix, Epson printers are OK. Canon, Xerox, Minolta, Ricoh copiers are OK.
