Just click here: http://maps.google.com/ and then enter the street address you'd like to map to, then click "Search Maps". Once the map comes on screen, look to the right-top corner of the map. You can check how often a crawler visits your site, simply by using Google's search box to search for 'www.yoursite.co.nz' and click on the 'Cached' link.
