A Cisco.com (previously CCO) User ID and password uniquely identifies you in our system, and includes personal information as well as the type of access and sites you have rights to. Another employee may or may not have the same access as you do. In addition, if you use another person's Cisco.com (previously CCO) User ID, there may be legal issues connected to your right to access certain sites or tools. Your Cisco.com User ID is your user name, which you create when you register with Cisco.com. Your Cisco.com User ID allows you to access enhanced Cisco content, training, technical support, and product information. Employees of Cisco authorized resellers or Cisco Certified or Specialized partners may also register for partner-level access to Cisco.com.

Your ID cannot change because your ID is your email address. You may change your password in your profile section. See page 29 of the WIS User Guide for more details.

If you have need to change your name or ID number, you will need to go to the Registrar's Office in Hovde Hall Room 45.
