Our Murphy Wall Bed frame bolts to the floor, not to the cabinet or to the wall. This is the safest means of installation and we believe it is the safest wall bed on the market today. However this is not a toy and care should be taken.

The wall-mounted remote is a transmitter that communicates with a receiver in the fan canopy via radio waves. The remote comes with a standard size switch plate (the same as any light switch) and can be mounted on the wall in any location that has electrical power (the remote does not have to be mounted on the same electrical line as the fan). IMPORTANT: The wall remote MUST be wired in series. Please follow installation instructions very carefully.

The Gentle Air Bed allows a pregnant woman to sleep on her side or stomach thanks to a "doughnut" hole in the middle, where an inflatable pillow fits. The horizontal surface of the bed (the platform) that supports the mattress is hinged into three longitudinal sections. The user of the bed is positioned on his/her back in the centre of the three-part platform (the sleeping platform). the bed smoothly and quietly rotates to one side the outer section of the three-part platform on the lower side turns up to form a "wing" which supports the body along its entire length from the ankle to the shoulder.

For Murphy Wall Bed frames, our average turn time from order to shipment is four weeks from the date payment is received, however we do hold a small stock. No shipments are guaranteed for under eight weeks due to unforeseen problems. Cabinetry is custom made to order in the USA and can take eight or ten weeks to produce.

Climbing involves two people: the climber, and the belayer. The climber wears a safety harness and is tied to a safety rope. The belayer also wears a harness and uses a special belay device. As the climber moves up the climbing wall, the belayer keeps the rope snug. If the climber falls, the belayer essentially "catches" the fall, by using the belay device to lock the rope. The belayer can lower the climber to the ground at any time. As you can see, the belayer has a very important job.
