If you're using T-Tape, soaker dripline or Aquapore you will need a regulator. Read the individual product descriptions for pressure recommendations. If you're using pressure compensating emitters, Shrubblers® or misters and have normal pressure you may not need a regulator. If you are using sprayers, you may want to use a pressure regulator to bring the water pressure into the rated range of the sprayer, since they will generally put out more water at higher pressures.

When performing an estimate, one of our engineers will do a pressure test and design the system to insure your sprinklers will operate at optimal pressure. Should we find that your pressure is lacking or that a pump is required our engineer will advise you ahead of time about the specific details involving their installation.

Benton Water does not have any records on how your plumbing lines are run, where your shutoff valve is or where your pressure regulator might be. The emitters on your drip irrigation system have very small openings for the water to pass through. The filter prevents sediment from clogging your emitters, ensuring your plants will get the correct amount of water. A pressure regulator keeps the irrigation system at the manufacturer's recommended pressure (usually between 20 and 40 pounds per square inch). Not installing a pressure regulator may cause fittings and lines to fail, creating wasteful breaks and leaks in your system.

No, Sterilight systems are designed with inlet/outlet ports correctly sized for the specific application. As an example, the 8 USGPM system comes with 3/4" ports. The typical pressure drop on this system would be 2-3 psi.

The control pressure regulator, or warm-up regulator, is located at the back of the intake manifold. It's difficult to see it without removing the coil. It's about 2x2x3 inches and has two fuel lines and an electrical connector going to it. It's difficult to remove, due to the location. It's held on with two allen bolts, 5mm size. OK let's start from the top. First, there are four banjo bolts that are associated with the oil filter mounting block.

Typically, the term "Low-Pressure Regulator" refers to the regulator which reduces the output pressure of the gas source for use in pneumatically or electro-pneumatically operated guns. Gas from the low-pressure regulator is usually less than 200 psi and drives the pneumatics which cock the gun. The low-pressure regulator should not be confused with a regular "regulator" which reduces the pressure supplied to the valve system used to propel the ball.

Pressure Control valves are ideal for applications requiring a reduced pressure to a cylinder whereas Pressure Regulators are used to maintain a downstream settable pressure.

Downstream pressures significantly higher than the regulator's pressure setting may damage soft seats and other internal parts.

The Handyspray comes with a "Flow Control Valve" which allows you to adjust the water pressure as per your family's requirement. Then use the trigger to control the water flow The Handyspray can be easily removed and installed in another location when moving. Just make sure that you keep the connector pipe when you install the Handyspray product.

Because Sidney-Pacific was built in such a great, environmentally conscientious city like Cambridge we had to obey their water conservation laws. Thus the water pressure is a little low. The knob in the shower does increase the water pressure if you turn it several times (or at least we like to think it does).

We install our water coolers using highly reliable food-grade polyethylene tubing, and quick-connect fittings.
