Email is almost always sent out through the mail server of your bandwidth provider. If you are a Wire website or email client but use another internet provider for DSL or dialup please call that internet provider first to check there are no current SMTP problems. How long have you noticed the problem? Please be patient as there may be slowness from your internet connection and/or you may have too many applications running.

There are three possible reasons for this: you are not registered and/or not logged in, the board administrator has disabled private messaging for the entire board, or the board administrator has prevented you individually from sending messages.
