Applications for the ACR Research and Education Foundation awards and grants programs are due in August, with the exception of student preceptorships. Student preceptorship applications are due in February.

All information that you submit in the LOI application process is done through a secure server, encrypting the data to prevent unauthorized access. The Initiative, its NAC members and the Foundation will have access to the information you provide.

Yes. You should act promptly. Fill out an application form and mail it along with the necessary payment to the address that is on the form. Applications are processed in the order that they are received.

All processed applications are forwarded to the appropriate program upon receipt. Those applications submitted after the deadline will be “bumped” to the next entrance cycle, and it will be up to the faculty if they wish to consider any late application(s).

Motlow State Community College does not have an application deadline; however, the earlier your application is received, the sooner we will be able to process that application and begin your registration process. Your grades and previous classes will still be on file and included in your transcript. If you have previously paid your $10.00 application fee, you do not have to pay again - it is a one time only fee.

the LOI stage, reference sheets and bibliographies are not required. If you cite references, please include them in the body of the text similar to this: "According to Smith (2001)..."

Registrations are open through out year but students usually enroll themselves in January for summer session and June for winter session.

If you are applying for the Fall semester, the deadline is August 20. If you are applying for the Spring semester, the deadline is January5th.

The deadline to submit a complete APPIC application (and supplemental questions for our site) is November 15, 2007.

Applications postmarked less than 60 days prior to the occurrence of the program are not eligible for accreditation except in extenuating circumstances. Applications submitted after a program has occurred will not be eligible for accreditation except under extraordinary circumstances. A cover letter detailing the circumstances resulting in the late submission should be included with such applications.

You can submit an application past the deadline, but there is no guarantee that it will be reviewed. We urge all of our applicants to adhere to the appropriate deadline since seats to the programs are often filled.
