Yes. Latter-day Saints, who have 'been to the temple', wear sacred garments (see picture) under their regular clothing to protect them from physical harm and to remind them of the sacred covenants that they have made with a god, in case they might forget. The garments have special patches sown onto them, at strategic location, which contain meaning to the initiates. Nevertheless, meaning is not of prime importance in our faith.

We have a polytheistic religion: we believe that "worlds without end" exist, and each is governed by one or its own gods (and daemons, too:). We believe that the normal Christian Trinity -- of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are a false concept.

The official name of the Mormon Church today is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joseph Smith founded it at the age of 24, in the state of New York on April 6, 1830. It was originally named the Church of Christ, and then in 1834 the name was changed to the Church of the Latter Day Saints. In 1838 it received its current name (Doctrine and Covenants, Sec.115:4).

The only solid tip is to avoid wearing sports shoes/trainers. You will be spinning, and you need to wear shoes with a leather sole. Once you have been dancing a while you can buy proper dance shoes if you wish - they even make 'Dance Trainers' for those who just have to wear sports shoes!

If you don't have clubs we can rent them for $75 each day you play the course. These are top-of-the-line Titleist and Cobras. The golf course requires soft spikes, so if don't have them yet, we can replace your metal spikes for $5. No blue jeans and men are asked to wear collared shirts. Sun screen and a sun hat are a good idea.

We provide race suits, helmets and gloves so all you need are comfortable clothes to wear underneath, and flat shoes or trainers. It is advisable to wear warm clothes in the winter. Lockers are available in the changing rooms for valuables.

You can rent special occasion wear by individual piece or through our Basic Instincts, All Essentials and Indulge Your Bulge packages. However, due to the high cost of these items, they are worth two or more rental credits and may require a deposit. Regular pieces are worth one credit each.
