These operating systems do not have native Japanese language support, like Windows 2000 and XP have. There are some games that simply will never work without native Japanese language support. Some games will run with the use of third-party programs that enable Japanese characters on Windows 98/Me, such as NJStar Communicator or AsianSuite. In an upcoming release we'll be adding the ability to save all of your default compose preferences, but right now you can't. When you start a new message, it will always come up plain text by default for now. When replying to a message, the compose window opens up as HTML (Color and Graphics) when the message being replied to was HTML already. I am using webmail on Earthlink. I am also using a Mac OS-X10.
