A foam fill tire rides almost identical to an air tire. Most people would not recognize the difference unless they were told.

In some cases there is no solid tire made to take the place of a foam-fill tire. Even in wet conditions, on a normal, smooth road, a slick tire actually provides better grip than a tire with a tread, because the contact area is larger. The situation is much different on a rough road and even worse on a dirt trail as in these cases the degree of control provided by a slick tire is extremely limited. Very Rarely. Sometimes when Ride-On TPS is being pumped into the tire, the fibers used to seal punctures, will enter the valve stem opening in such a manner as to create a blockage. If this occurs, remove the connector of the pump from the valve stem, an inject a short burst of air to clear the tire stem passageway, then reattach the hose connector and continue pumping.
