When you click the More button on the Apply Model to Map screen, the Campaign Scenario screen becomes active. It projects the profitability of different marketing scenarios based on expected response rates, costs, and revenues per customer. You must enter values in the cost and revenue fields in order to complete the analysis. Fixed cost is the portion of your expenses that does not vary regardless of the number of customers you solicit, e.g., the cost of designing your promotional flyer.

In another of a long line of Design Decisions I Regret, xv tries to do all sorts of clever things with regard to the image window's position on screen. For example, if you issue the Max Size command, xv will position the window so that the window's contents exactly fill the screen (and the titlebar, frame, etc. are off the edges). You can't see the entire screen because your monitor's screen resolution needs to be changed to a higher setting, such as 800x600 or greater. Here's why: a higher resolution, everything onscreen (text, images, navigation buttons, etc.) is smaller, so more can fit on your display. But if the resolution is set too low, for example, at 640x480, all objects are displayed larger and not all items can fit on your screen. See similar questions...

Make the screen resolution as high as you can while still being able to read the texts in the site comfortably. In Windows: Right click on your desktop, choose Properties, and Settings tab. If you have a screen resolution of 1024x768, make it higher -- up to a resolution of 1152x864 or more. With glutGameModeString(), an application can specify a desired full-screen width and height, as well as the pixel depth and refresh rate. If the window is a GnomeDialog, this is user-configurable and you should not do it. In most other cases it would be a bit strange; but there are exceptions, such as splash screens. The function you want is gtk_window_set_position(); you can leave the window's position up to the window manager (the default), ask to have it centered, or ask to have it appear wherever the mouse pointer is. There is no supported method of doing this, but you can edit the registry to achieve RS in a Window. NOTE that you should not edit the Registry unless you know what you are doing - you can severely affect your system by playing around with the Registry. Backup your Registry before making any alterations. Each time you want to toggle between windowed and full screen mode, you have to always go to windows registry to edit a value (and restart RS).
