The shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.

The working hours of the Institutional Customs office in our Bond is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., therefore if you wish to retrieve cargo after regular hours you will incur customs overtime.

Unless specially required by Customs such as supervision of destruction of dutiable goods, Customs attendance fees are generally waived.

In most cases, customs clearance for orders is handled by the courier (usually FedEx, UPS or DHL). And most customers are not charged separate customs broker fees. However, your order may be handled by an outside customs broker if you have specified a customs broker for previous imports. Once you use a customs broker for any FedEx or DHL shipment, they will assume that you want to use that same customs broker for all future shipments.

There are NO registration fees, NO monthly minimums and NO annual fees. The fee structure is based on the transaction occurring and the mode of payment used by the tenant. The fee could be paid by the Property Owner or Manager, Tenant, or split in 50/50. No. The only fees that may be incurred involve color figures. If your paper includes color figures and you want to have the figure(s) printed in color, a flat charge of $800 is passed on to the author to cover the high cost of color printing (regardless of the number of color figures included). Please note that this is not mandatory. If your paper includes color figures and you wish to have them printed in black and white, there is no charge.

Fees vary between Exchange companies but normally there is a threshold limit (usually ???5,000 - ???10,000) that attracts a nominal fee (normally ???10 -???20).

Because we cannot determine the customs, brokerage, or other fees that you may incur when the product enters your country, FedEx will collect these fees when they deliver your order. For a fairly accurate estimate, check with FedEx.
