If the error received was blocked using relays.ordb.org, reason: Blackholed by ORDB, then the message was rejected because the sender was using an insecure email system. The email system they used is what is known as an 'open relay', which means that no security of any kind has been implemented for accessing the server. For the last six months of 2006, AOL was blocking NEohioPAL mail so it would have been pointless to approve your subscription since you wouldn't have received the messages. Click on the Out Box and see if anything is there waiting to be sent. Also click on the Sent Box and see if there is a copy of the message. If the Out Box is and there's a copy in the Sent Box, it's gone. There can be several reasons. There are numerous reasons that such an event could happen. If you were placing an order that included an international address (outside the United States), our system will automatically reject the order as we cannot accept foreign checks. If you were placing an order with an address that was different from the address on record with your bank, the order may be rejected by your banks computer system.
