In many cases, original checks are destroyed once the electronic (digitized) versions are created. However, some may be stored in a secure location at the discretion of the bank/merchant who digitized the checks, to be destroyed at a later date once the payments have cleared and have been posted to check writers' accounts.

We charge you what our bank charges us. Currently $5.00. Our goal is to help you succeed in traveling, not add to your financial burden when you have problems.

Many teachers and staff eat school meals. We also encourage parents to join their children for meals at school, but please let the kitchen Manager or Assistant know ahead of time (CONTACT US). Adult meals cost more because we do not receive federal reimbursement as we do for student meals. We are required to charge for the total cost of the adult meal. Let us know if there is an item you would like to see menued. We encourage adults (staff) to have meal accounts in our computerized system.

The Wappingers Central School District participates in the government assisted National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. School Meals are nutritionally balanced and offered at low cost or free to eligible students.
