That error message means that the time setting is incorrect, by at least 12 hours, on the computer on which the client or server is running. You should check and reset the system clock. Order the loading of Perl-script to server by FTP it's necessary to transfer it as ASCII-file. This warning is usually nothing to worry about. It appears in the Options Selected by Input section of the main FVS output file. It directly follows the SPLabel keyword description.
