A : Our Baking & Pastry Arts program is offered twice daily. Our AM class operates from 7:00am to 2:00pm*, Monday to Friday and our PM class operates from 2:00pm to 9:00pm*, Monday to Friday. There are a number of case studies, as well as dyad counseling sessions required for certain classes. Students must obtain their own clients, but all work done is supervised learning. This allows you the opportunity to begin your training as a counselor under the close direction of your Professors. The true hands-on experience comes when you do your Practicum.

Yes, in addition to our regularly schedule Summer Term classes, we offer the Summer Arts Experience for children ages 6 - 18 years at: The Summer Arts Experience Program, SAE, is a 6-week program which runs from the third week of June to the end of July. In this program, children are divided into small, age-appropriate groups and will receive training in intro to musical theatre singing, acting and dance. They will be taught by experienced teacher/performers.
