Sometimes you are unable to use the web grade book when at home. In such cases the program says it is busy, or that multiple instances of the grade book are running. Basically you need to delete the web grade book folder(s) from your computer to get rid of a corrupt file and then start the program back up. Once you see the "Excelsior" and/or "Pinnacle" folder(s), click on the folder to select it, then press the "Delete" key on your keyboard to delete it.

getmail has no problems running multiple instances in parallel, though you shouldn't attempt to use the same getmail rc file from two different instances at the same time. If you need to prevent two instances of getmail from running simultaneously, use any standard Unix method of providing a mutex for this purpose. You can go into the directory for each installation and create a short cut to D2OL.exe. Next rename the shortcut and copy and paste into the startup folder.
