Just because you see a mountain or lake on the bottle, it does not mean that the bottled water comes from that mountain or lake. In some cases it is the same tap water with a little ozone in it.

Call the Central Arkansas Water laboratory at 223-1574 with all water quality problems except discolored water. Laboratory personnel will sample your water and investigate. If you are experiencing discolored water, call the Distribution Department's dispatch center at 223-1550.

If the water table is likely to rise a foot or more above the base level of a buried tank, the tank must be anchored down against possible floating up when the tank is drained. (See suggested anchoring details) Dirt cover and water in the tank will of course help keep the tank in place.
