WDH is the trading name for Debentures Ltd., a sole purpose company set up for the benefit of Wimbledon Debenture Ticket Holders. Our principal activity is the marketing and brokering the sale of Debenture Tickets on behalf of the Debenture Holders.

A debenture is an unsecured debt backed by the credit worthiness of the borrower. Like a mortgage, it is a long-term debt that is paid back over time according to a fixed payment schedule. Unlike a mortgage, however, debenture payments are fixed for the entire loan period, and are not renegotiated every few years. Infrastructure Ontario offers flexible approaches to financing and provides borrowers with the option to use serial, amortizing or bullet loans over a variety of different terms.

Babes in arms are not allowed into any of the show courts (ie Centre, No. 1 Courts 2, 3, 13 and 18). Older children less than 5 years are allowed into the show courts with their parents at the discretion of the Hon. Steward. Small children (aged 5 and over) are charged the full adult rate, both for ground entry and to the show courts. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Photographs (still or motion) taken inside the grounds may only be used for private, not commercial, purposes. There is no flash photography while play is in progress - cameras with automatic flashes should not be used unless the flash can be switched off. Video recording is permitted so long as it does not interfere with competitors or anyone else. It may only be used for private, not commercial, purposes.

A WDH is a hitch that attaches to both the tow vehicle and the trailer utilizing a pair of heavy springs (there are newer single bar models) to remove some of the weight from the hitch, and "distribute" it to the tow vehicle front wheels and to the trailer wheels. Whether you need a WDH depends on both your trailer and your tow vehicle. Check with your vehicle manufacturer as some tow vehicles (mostly unibody) can not handle a WDH due to the torque placed on the vehicle frame/body.

You may prefer a prethreaded flosser or floss holder, which often looks like a little hacksaw. Flossers are handy for people with limited dexterity, for those who are just beginning to floss or for caretakers who are flossing someone else's teeth.

We will send the tickets to you by Royal Mail Special delivery. If you require a delivery address different to your credit card address, such as a hotel, please send the details to office@wimbledondebentureholders.com and we shall arrange for this.

Debentures close on the 1st and 15th of every month and the process generally takes 6-8 weeks assuming that all documentation is provided in a timely manner.

The Debenture Stock is secured by a charge to an independent Trustee Company, who holds a first ranking charge over the mortgages and other assets of Balanced Securities Limited including $1 million paid up capital and retained earnings of the company. Loans made by Balanced Securities Limited are on first mortgage only, and are advanced up to 67% of the value of a property.

Approximately 30 days prior to the maturity date of your investment we will advise you of the current interest rates applicable for new terms. If you wish to change the term or withdraw all or part of your investment at this time, you should advise us in writing at least 7 days prior to the maturity date. If you do nothing we will automatically roll over your debenture investment for the same term as previously held at the applicable interest rate.

The rate of interest is based on the 10-year Treasury rate plus a market-driven spread, currently about 65-75 basis points.

A trademark owner has the right to use exclusively, or to license the name or likeness of his character to avoid customer confusion and to prevent others from profiting off of the owner's intellectual property. For example, you can't market "Star Wars ray guns", because LucasFilm owns the right to that name, and customers may be confused into thinking that your ray gun is sponsored or produced by LucasFilm.

Some Touaregs come with cup holders for the rear seats, and some do not. At first, it seemed that only V8 Touaregs included these cup holders, but recent reports indicate that some V6 models do included them as well. Touareg owners who did not get the cup holders have reported that they have been able to obtain them and have a dealer install them. We suspect that there was a cost associated with this upgrade.

Subject to certain exceptions, each Macromedia stock option that is outstanding and unexercised immediately prior to the closing will be converted into an option to purchase Adobe common stock.

Sulky usually works best on the small spool holder (IMHO). Thread should come from the back of the spool, over the top, forward to the tension area. (Hold spool vertically to bring either Sliver or Holoshimmer off the back of the spool and then put it on the horizontal spool holder on your LA machine). Debenture Stock investments must be treated as a fixed term investment. Similar to first mortgage investments, Debenture Stock investments can be for a relatively short term and are generally for periods from one to three years.

ANSWER 5: The QI Agreement requires that, for a foreign account holder, a QI must obtain a Form W-8 or documentary evidence and, for a U.S. account holder, a QI must obtain a Form W-9 (or documentary evidence if the account holder is a U.S. exempt recipient).
